Nicole Richie was spotted with Joel on October 4 at the Farmers Market in Los Angeles. She started with skinny jeans and paired with a slouchy cardigan and a scarf. Miss Richie finished off her look with Ray Ban aviator sunglasses, simple black flip flops and her beloved Balenciaga bag.
They are adorable!
