Nicole and Joel in Los Angeles, on September 15, at the launch of "Text CHILD to 90999" to announce a text-messaging effort with MySpace to benefit their Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation. Classic Nicole style! She started with a V-neck t-shirt and paired with a cardigan and skinny jeans. Miss Richie finished off her look with a belt (I'm not sure I like it), some necklaces and a pair of Lanvin flats.

With her baby daughter Harlow and Joel, Nicole was spotted at Whole Foods for a little grocery shopping, on September 12,looking adorable as always.
Miss Richie wore a casual yet chic outfit consisting of a white t-shirt, a black cardigan and skinny jeans. Nicole's finishing touches were a leopard print scarf, her Chanel sunglasses and Givenchy booties. So lovely!

News - Nicole goes Kanye West on a tourist

According to Ny Post's Page Six Nicole had a confrontation with a Swedish tourist during New York Fashion Week. A witness told that Nicole kind of lost it and went Kanye West on the tourist's butt.
"Nicole Richie kicked off the diva fits at an after-party for Charlotte Ronson by grabbing a fan's camera and smashing it to the ground. While Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson were celebrating at Country Club on West 14th Street with host Alan Philips of Sky Group, Richie left early at 11 p.m.
As she walked out, "a young, Swedish tourist was trying to take her photo," said one witness. Richie shouted, "I'm not an animal" then "jumped over the velvet rope, ripped the camera out of the girl's hand, and smashed it to the ground." Reps for Richie didn't reply to Page Six."
That doesn’t seem like Nicole, but the truth is always hard to take. Maybe she was just having a bad night or something.

For her weekly traffic school stop, on September 10, Nicole Richie opted for a pair of Givenchy platform opened up high heel booties.

At the Marc Jacobs spring 2009 fashion show Nicole opted for a James Perse Supima long tank tucked into a Marc Jacobs skirt. She completed her look with Pierre Hardy heels and a Jennifer Behr headband.

Out for traffic school

Nicole Richie was spotted out in Los Angeles for her court appointed traffic school, on September 10. Carrying a Balenciaga bag, she sported a pair of JET skinny jeans with a white Fluxus t-shirt, aviator shades and sky-high sandals. Her peacock print scarf is Alexander McQueen.
